WOW! This guy goes above and beyond to complete a pickup and delivery. He made two attempts at a govenment facility to pickup my merchandise in New Mexico. Through no fault of his, he had to play the Red Tape game with them to finally get the merchandise. I had given up hope, but he persisted and made my day.
