You will not find a better shipper. He is prompt, courteous, communicative and thorough. The first bid I booked ended terribly and this provider restored my faith in UShip.com. He picked up my cargo as promised and delivered early and was waiting when I arrived. He communicated along the way so I'd know where he was. He is the ultimate professional and I would use him again without question.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Scott does not return phone calls and does not perform services as he says he will. I started working with him on a Tuesday for a weekend delivery. He said he would call me by a certain time each day to make arrangements, but he never did. We made arrangements to pick up the cart on Friday. I called and he said his truck broke down and he would pick up my golf cart on Sunday and deliver on Monday with status phone calls along the way. I never heard a word from him. Finally, on Monday morning

We attempted to make pick up for days and kept getting put off due to him not having someone at the drop off point and his mother who he left in charge of making the payment had no clue to what was going on. I feel that he misrepresented the shipment and because he didn't answer the phone while we were trying to get in contact with him that the blame lies with him. The calls where made, and we didn't even have pick up address or drop off address to go on. Customer was hard to work with.
