Great guy and an amazing boat. Boat was larger than he expected and required permits. Peter had no problem with the extra charges and met me for a late night delivery. Will ship for again any time.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped What Pete said is true. However, I drove up there and had to turn around and leave. When I spoke with Pete he stated he was going to call them immediately and stop them and call me back. I did not hear from him (Pete owner of car) so I called tried to contact him. I could not reach Pete and never heard back from him at all until this message. I was delayed for 2 days and it ended up costing me time and money in fuel. I'm glad however his car was delivered to him-my loss his gain in the end!

At the point I found out my car was taken by another carrier I had no clue who picked the car up I actually thought for a whole it was stolen. I had called 10 shippers before listing with uship but did not commit to any of them so I apologize for you losing time but I was more concerned about trying to find out who had my car, I would definitely book this provider again went above and beyond to help me out and even offered to go back or meet the other driver along the route he's a stand up guy!

Look i called Mr. Peter G. and tried to explain that i cant (I cannot) perform the job due to an emergency with my Mom's health either way he got upset and said something to the fact that i felt insulted and its okay . I do not B S anyone around the fact remains as i have said it was. I was offering to do the job at a latter date around mid July without thinking and as I said wow i be in Miami in about 2 weeks but he had already hang up the phone. Shipper guaranteed pickup 24-48 hours and when I called in he ignored my messages did not return any of my calls. When I finally did reach a live person after 15 calls I was told ill call you back in 15 minutes let me check on that and that was 4 days ago. If you are interested in being told nothing but lies and not given one ounce of respect than by all means this is your place to book. I'm so tired of brokers making BS promises I wouldn't use this company to ship a pack of bubble gum !!!!!

My car was damaged in transit totaling 3800$ the insurance company gave me only 1300$ and the trucking company that actually shipped my car refused to pay me for the damage to my car even though they accepted the responsibility and sent a adjuster to access the damage. In my opinion I will never again use a booking agent because if your car gets damaged they are not responsible for it even though you booked with them. Save your time and book direct

Since this incident I have shipped 3 other vehicles for Pete I was always here for him through the whole process and I have done everything in my power to have this resolved and I will continue to try to resolve this for him I apologize for what the trucking company did and will do everything I can to resolve this matter. I no longer need my item(s) shipped Before putting my shipment onto the uship site I called another provider just to get some info in pricing so I knew what the average cost would be but did not book the shipment. I was called by the provider which I booked through uship and told someone other than himself picked up my car and it was already half way to ct by time I spoke to them. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider made promises to pick up car 48 hours max time and will not answer the phone or return voice mails very very unprofessional. Have spoken to someone everyday who Saids ill check on that and call you right back and never calls very surprised at how badly I've been treated and the lack of respect and common courtesy I've been shown.
