After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Totally UNPROFESSIONAL Sept 4, 2011.... Not only were my items NOT delivered as promised .. They neglected to properly care for my items.. I asked that they place pastic over the LEMOND "INDOOR" spin bikes so that they would NOT be exposed to the RAIN ( IF they had delivered as promised they would have missed the storm).. I now have to disassemble the bikes and ensure that they dont have moisture damage beyond what is clearly visible.... NEVER AGAIN will I use THEM for any USHIP.com Delivery...
