I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Since we are the broker we have no way of knowing LTL carriers will refuse a shipment until they show up and decide that in the current state of packaging, the product can be damaged during transportation.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I should receive FULL REFUND from USHIP--I dont want a credit---Im a new member .. sent two trucking companies to pick up and both refused shipment since it was NOT crated---I had bike tied down to pallet like all my other shipments--THIS was clearly posted--NOT able to CRATE---- only pallet...

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Totally UNPROFESSIONAL Sept 4, 2011.... Not only were my items NOT delivered as promised .. They neglected to properly care for my items.. I asked that they place pastic over the LEMOND "INDOOR" spin bikes so that they would NOT be exposed to the RAIN ( IF they had delivered as promised they would have missed the storm).. I now have to disassemble the bikes and ensure that they dont have moisture damage beyond what is clearly visible.... NEVER AGAIN will I use THEM for any USHIP.com Delivery...
