Required that I pay extra $200. and took a couple of weeks. Also would not deliver to requested location. I had to drive to another town and trailer myself (200 mile round trip and another $70 for gas). Driver was on time and very helpful in loading.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Transporter made contact with person from which I purchased vehicle and scheduled pick up on several different dates over a period of 20 days. Transporter said that driver would call before arriving. Driver never called nor showed up on the various dates.
I called transporter and inquired as to what was happening. Transporter stated that rig was broken down and would be in service "soon" or another rig would be dispatched for the pick up.

The assigned driver broke down about seven days into the process. A replacement with a winch was unavailable. Please refund the customer with our apologies.
