I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We had this lined up to pick up, we talked with him again on Friday, everything was good to go. On Monday, we couldn't contact him any longer, still can't. Unfortunate that we are having to accept this cancellation. Sorry, I was still trying up until today the 15th to get this moving for you but just wasn't able to get the right setup.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time My shipment was not picked up by the service provider at the time agreed. I had made very clear that I had until today monday Jan. 12th to deliver my shipment to Port of Houston. They simply said that they were unable to reach the person that was going to pick up my shipment. We had advised them a week ago about the last date we had in order to deliver, and it was just not done.
