After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer is over the top on how he wants things done. From securing load, loading his tractor, to not wanting anything else on trailer. The price I gave him is not for a dedicated trip.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This was the most frustrating and unprofessional customer service experience I have ever encountered shipping equipment. Wes and his wife Nita are very experienced in accepting bids with no intent on delivering what they promise. Other than my initial conversation with them setting terms and conditions, they never once returned a phone call. When I became concerned about things and proactively followed up, they just feed me one lie after another! If you have high expectations, find another TSP!

No misrepresentation no lies answered every call or returned every call(which was constantly). Life is to short to put up with someone as asinine as Carl. I cancelled this shipment before my pickup dates were reached. I just can't and didn't put up with his constant dictating. This in my opinion was the best cancellation I have had.
