The truck was brought to drop off twice couldn't get into gate on Thursday at 3:35 we were told someone would be there until five. But they let early, so the next (Friday) we bring the truck back and park it in front of the door and let the key under the seat and mailed the title to the buyer of Copart. I don't leave keys and title in any car that's unlock. Sincerely Cheryl

I hired a tow company and the tow company told me that there where no keys also iaa also told me there where no keys ,that is why it was towed so how is that my fault its not and the flatbed got delivered on time so Julio I advise you to call iaa who bought it from and ask them I don't deserve this b/c of your mistake

I publish flatbed RUN & DRIVE. Is possible to run & drive without keys? Your mistake is not warn me that keys are missing prior to towing.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The provider had 3 business days to pick up the car but it has passed 10 business days already. I've been accruing storage for many days. They are very irresponsable.

Driver don't pick up truck keys, then cost me $220 with lock smith.
