He worked thru a trailer registration/tag issue with me on this new trailer and still made it to Ft Smith on time. Will definately use Don again for any long haul transport needs. UPS caused a day delay getting the registration delivered but because of Tim's excellent communications, we were able to successfully work together and make everything come out well. What a perfect first shipping experience through uship. Don is a true asset to the transport profession. His communication and punctuality was first class. Don arranged pick up from the seller, picked up on time, took pictures upon pick up, gave DAILY progress reports through email, notified me as soon as he hit town, and arrived at my doorstep exactly when he said he would. Don is a really nice guy (not a Mean Dog at all!) and took good care of my two antique Volkswagens. When he was delayed getting started while his trailer was being serviced, he came over to meet me and see the VWs. His car-hauling trailer is heavy-duty; I was glad to see that the cars were securely chained down. Don was very conscientious and called me the day before arriving and again a couple of hours before arriving in AZ. Good price, too. He had all of the proper certifications and insurance. He checked the car regularly to make sure everything was OK – one of the tires went down, and he had to adjust the chains to keep the car stable – somebody else might not have noticed this, but Don caught it. He was very professional and helpful.He communicated everyday until he delivered my tractor. In fact, upon arrival,the tractor wouldn't start. We tried to work on it, to no avail. Don then helped me tow the tractor up a narrow road to my house. I really appreciated his "above and beyond" attitude. I recommend him highly and would use him again.
