I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Unfortunately, the trucking company we booked for this load was very unreliable. We worked with the customer throughout the process to come to resolve the issues, but in the end we were not able to find the customer another carrier. Customer was very understanding and we wish to work together in the future. Thanks. Please refund the customer.

I am very pleased 360 degrees, and impressed with the level of details and communication Mike has when he scheduled and ran this shipment for me.
Extremely organized, on time, and always kept us informed with his progress since pick up till the minute he arrived.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Poor Communication, Very disorganized, I had to call to get scheduled pick up and updates
Didn't get BOL and they keep blaming it on a 3rd party who never existed.
Contracted out this shipment to SOME Trucking company out there who called us the day of pick up to let us know TRUCK Broke down 2 times in one day.
Couldn't accommodate us with other truck...now we are left hanging and extremely unhappy.
I STRONGLY Recommend to stay away from 1stClass shipping as they do not reflect what they p
