After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The cust. was awesome. it was the seller who was not agreeable. The Seller refused to load the bobcat as agreed on the shipping request. My driver was not to load but have seller load bobcat...Trailer was and has always been in great condition with spare. boards in center was purposely removed to accommodate a large boat that was tied into trailer frame. We waited a extra day to accommodate this load due to sellers schedule. To be told he wouldn't load it and it was up to my driver to load..

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Seller of BOBACT S220 in Taos, New Mexico. Machine approx. weight is 8000 lbs. Seller is not comfortable loading machine onto a poor condition trailer. Trailer was explained to have no brakes, poor lighting, poor tires, broken or decayed boards, light weight construction and no spare tire. Seller refused to endanger driver's life or any other person with this load on difficult mountain roads. Driver for USArecovery was unfamiliar with loading and unloading heavy equipment, such as a Bobcat, and

Sorry for the delay in submitting feedback. However, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude for a "job well done"!! Even tough we had a short delay with the seller, BTR was willing to wait until the load was ready for pick up and subsequently got it to us. We will certainly use BTR in the future!! Thanks.

Even tough the load was delayed by about four days, it did arrive here in San Antonio. Due to unusual circumstances, communication was not great and could have been better.
