After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
we are a nationwide transporter that has been doing this for some years now and works directly with the public not just on uship and as a busines pactice we require a deposit from all of our customers to secure the shipment before schelduling pick up due to the fact that some customers will hire more than one person to haul their in hopes of getting it moved quicker so that will leave somoneshort on a load, we do this to try to prevent that from happening i havent hauled alot on uship but what i

Response from 40hudson: Unfortunately after choosing this shipper (after several emails and a couple live phone calls), I was then informed via email of additional deposits they wanted. Due to the way in which this was handled, I no longer felt comfortable with this shipper thus cancellation. Unfortunately, I am back to the beginning again and this has done nothing but waste valuable shipping time prior to the winter arrival.
