The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Broker sent two different carriers from two different transport companies. Neither was properly equipped to load the vehicle. Broker then advised that no open carrier service would be able to load the vehicle. Found an enclosed carrier service outside of uShip and the service provider's available pool.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Before placing this order, the service provider, a broker, Richard Kelley guaranteed the car would be picked up from our facility on May 23 in an enclosed two-car trailer, and delivered to our customer within 48 hours. After the order was placed and the service provider charged my credit card for a deposit/broker's fee, Kimberly Baker called to say that the driver had suffered a slight delay.
