After a few bumps in the road concerning pick up time, things went very smoothly. Lora was easy to work with and paid promptly. We even had some extra help unloading which made it a lot easier. We would not hesitate to work with this shipper again. We are just sorry we can't help on the next one but maybe sometime in the future if you need anything. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time u said you would contavt me next day ..over the shipper that he needed $50 deposit to pick up truck havent heard from you phone number i have call no one anwsers it but answering machine left u several messages no return from then plus email u plus no return tired of waiting to u had to be shipped asap u said with 3days now i want to cancacel your offer to ship my truck sorry but poor contact thanks for the trouble u have cause me if i was uship i wouldnt let you work for them david

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period After accepting the bid offered by ExpediteMoves, I called the phone number given. I was told that the person on the other end was the twin sister and that the person I needed to speak with was at her mothers home and that she would return my call. I never received a call back. That was over a week ago. So I resubmitted my item for transport.
