CHAD ARRANGED PAYMENT THROUGH USHIP BUT WOULD NOT RELEASE FUNDS UNTIL BIKE WAS DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER. ONCE DELIVERY WAS MADE I CALLED CHAD AND HE RELEASED THE FUNDS IMMEDIATELY. These are some great guys! I was two weeks late due to a two benefits (ms and for a friend that passed) that I was in charge of. Paid on the spot and stayed an extra hr for me. Would haul for again in a Second!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipper quoted to pick up the bike from a Copart auto auction on or before 9/28. The date is 10/5 and shipper still has not picked up the bike and will not answer emails or phone calls. Very unprofessional service from this shipper. I need to cancel this booking and get a refund as I have already set up shipping with another shipper.
