Goods delivered on time. For some reason, the uShip bill of lading was either not provided to the carrier or not used by the carrier. As a result, the carrier attempted to charge my company 6x the amount we agreed to pay. Everything was resolved, though this process lasted a few months. Response from 1stClassShipping: Customer did not follow our instructions of providing our BOL to the carrier. However, we rectified the situation with the carrier. Thanks.
