For: Ford L9000 Dump Truck
I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment This customer has no listening skills. The pick up location is out of town till the 11th from the 2nd of this month, we have carriers wanting this load, but customer cant comprehend the pick up location was out of town so nobody can pick this up. After numerous attempts to help customer understand this, we finally gave up. Even the pick up location is having problems with this customer. Its really not hard to understand this, but this customer just doesn't get it and continues to argue. WOW!!!!!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment From the list of Reasons for Cancellation its almost "ALL OF THE ABOVE" since there are several reasons to cancel. Service provider (despite the reasons he gave us, being that: rough weather, truck trouble, dog ate homework, etc.) he was unable to show up on time at pick-up location. After many attempt to contact he did answer and said he had booked us another option with another Service Provider for the "same price" but would pick-up on Monday (several days after scheduled pick-up time but we

Not totally true, it was my fault that I didnt make it, weather was really really bad and I chose not to chance it and shipper was not happy I found it a replacement truck for same price shipper did not like this
