A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved During the course of bidding, I communicated with the shipper. Prior to accepting the Bid I stated that the pick up date would need to be on the 22nd of March in the PM. The shipper agreed that this was acceptable. Now he states that he needs to pickup the shipment tonight so he can leave early AM tomorrow. This give me no way to arrange for pickup.
