Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I had talk to my service provider and scheduled to move the truck for me the weekend of Jan. 12, but i have not been able to contact him since we agreed on a time. I have not paid him anything yet I was hoping to work it out that he could move it for me, but i have called several time and left messages.
