The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it There is no commercial business at the location, it is a person's garage workshop at a residence. The shipper is trying to get around paying residential fees by listing addresses but saying there is business fronts there. We check with carriers who have picked up from the location before and they all say it is a residence not a business. Chris is using dishonesty to try and lower his price at the carrier's expense.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Apparently entering in the exact pickup address is not enough to get an accurate quote from this company. After personally speaking with Derek on the phone and specifically asking if the quote is for the listed pickup address to the listed delivery address and having him confirm the price I then accepted the bid. Shipper wanted to increase price over 35% over accepted bid. When I expressed my preference to cancel the shipment rather than pay the price increase they said to cancel the shipment.
