I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The customer did not feel comfortable paying for her entire shipment at the time of pick up. Because I was sending her things through ups and since I will not be on the other side, this is why I asked for full payment. I felt since the customer would have tracking numbers and since the shipment was being picked up by ups and not by me that this should have been enough to put her at ease. I have tried to contact her by phone and have not been able to reach her. We have spoken a few times through

Patrick was an amazing manager of our move as well as helper in packing and shipping. He followed through with us every step of the way, and was always accessible by phone and email.
