The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it THIS IS NOT TRUE AT ALL.THIS CUSTOMER SET A SHIPPMENT WITH ME AND WHEN I WENT TO GET IT HE HAD OVER 200.00 IN STORAGE FEES.I SAT AT THE COMPANY FOR 2 HOURS FOR HIM TO CALL ME AND NO ANSWER.I HAD OTHER SHIPPMENTS TO DO AND COULD NOT WAITE NO LONGER FOR HIM TO CALL ME.AFTER 4 HOURS HE CALLS ME AND I TOLD HIM HE HAD OVER 200.00 IN STORAGE FEES TO PAY BEFORE THEY WOULD GIVE ME THE BIKE.HE SAID I SHOULD HAVE PAYED THEM AND HE WOULD HAVE PAYED ME BACK AT DELIVERY.IM SORRY BUT I DONT THINK SO..........

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I'm sorry but another customer had not told me that their item needed to be delivered in the port and in order to accomodate this, I will be unable to pick up your bike on time. Therefore I am requesting this cancellation. I apologize and am willing to reimburse you up to 2 days of the storage fee that you may get since you will need to find another shipper. Sorry.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The client (Jim W and Keith) were good to work with. Unfortunately the pick up point which has the bike was difficult to work with and pick up could not occur due to their miscommunication regarding their Friday hours. We wish this client the best.
