The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This was picked up yesterday, this is oversized. It is also a direct assign that we had lined up. The only way the customer would allow us to continue to ship would be to either have the driver remove the attachment and cap the lines, or pick up today. We originally did our job based on the listing, the dimensions were wrong and it is oversized. There is a truck order not used for picking this up. I will see if we can arrange another truck to pick up, but in the meantime customer wants to relist

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The service provider agreed to pick up the load the beginning of this week. I have not been able to reach them thru email or phone and they have not contacted where to pick up the tractor either.

I waited 5 hrs in the middle no where in a snow ice storm delived it the next day waited another hr on your at no extra charge and u didn't give me 5 stars wow but thanks anyway
