A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I CONTACTED CUSTOMER LAST NIGHT & THIS MORNING, WITH A PROBLEM I'M HAVING OF [[ THE U-SHIP SITE OR MY COMPUTER SERVER. THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO TRANSFER THE FUNDS FROM DELIVERED SHIPMENTS OVER THE PAST TWO DAYS TO MY CREDIT CARD. ]] I TOLD THE CUSTOMER THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CANCEL THE SHIPMENT FOR THE REASON BEING THAT I DID NOT HAVE THE FUNDS ON ME FOR FUEL TO DELIVER THE SHIPMENT. THAT I WOULD NOT FEEL RIGHT TO DELIVER THE SHIPMENT OUT-SIDE OF U-SHIP CHANNELS. THAT I WOULD UPDATED THRU THE DAY.

Not true!! Provider told me to cancel and send him the cash and he would deliver the vehicle. He felt really well with me sending him the cash outside of uship. Not going to argue with him.

Great communication with staff and driver. On time pick up and drop off. Very satisfied.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider never showed up when he was supposed to. Kept coming up with one excuse after another. He was 4 days late from agreed upon pick up date. He finally called me and said that uship has not paid him and that he was out of funds for fuel. He asked me to cancell and pay him cash for the transport. I do not want to use this provider. I would like to relist my ad with a full refund.
