The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Good morning . I have been waiting all night and now all of this morning to get this on the trailer. It was supposed to be wrapped and ready to haul.It is not on skids and is not wrapped and now they are requesting a later pick up and we still have to do all the extra buying of the required supplies that were not budgeted in, as it was suposed to be ready to go. Due to the instance we have to decline this shippment as we have deadlines to meet. The lady i was working with in Texas who sold this

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled what is being said is true the shipment was not on pallets and would have taken time to pack and load as that was the agreement made with skl, skl was unprofessional in not responding to use in that the promised a late thursday pickup but they could not fullfill that due to being stuck in Tampa, they promised to arrive at 9am friday and to return to @ 12 to finish the job will making promises they cancelled the shipment without letting us the customer know, did not even answer the phone or call

We were a few hours late on thursday, but agreed to stay the night to get this done, after we waited all night and half the morning till 11 am. they were still not packaged, wrapped or on skids like they should have been.They asked us to do it finally, and to collect everything they needed to package this would have put us over 24 hours behind.And making the rest of our clients mad.I wont hold up a shipment when it should have been ready to start with like agreed on.HAVE IT READY AS AGREED ON!!
