It was his first load and you would have never guessed. Called promptly after receiving my acceptance, told me the day he would load and the day he would deliver, and stayed within his days. Nice guy and I would recommend for sure!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The provider said he could not pick up my shipment after I accepted their bid.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider noted that they would have my vehicle picked up within 3 days of accepting their bid and delivered within 7 days of accepting their bid. After day 5 i still had not been contacted on them making arrangements to pick up my vehicle so I reached out to them and they told me they needed more time and to just be patient. The reason why I chose them was because they said they would have it picked up in 3 days, and the fact that I had to reach out to them on day 5 let me know this

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward After talking to the shipper, he acknowledged he would pick up at 7:30 am and for me to order a forklift. After paying 750.00 for a forklift to be delivered at 7am the next day he text me at 11:30pm stating truck was broke down and may or may not make it by the late afternoon. After paying for a forklift already I had to find other means of transporting.
