After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The Service Provider Ameritrans freight international accepted my "Name your bid". As we communicated via email some red flags went up so I rechecked their profile and found this provider is now suspended from uship. I contacted uship customer support and Tyler told me that I should cancel the transaction. So now I am following Tyler's instructions and canceling the service. I do however wish to try again.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Broker that acted as carrier. They used the "book it now" option but only found a carrier that would agree to a higher price. No further involvement and phone is disconnected.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped On July 2nd the provider that originally booked my shipment cancelled just four days before the pickup date we had agreed on. I emailed Uship and requested a full refund to the my credit card because we would it was too late to wait for another bid through Uship. I received this email in return-
Hi Holly,
Thanks for your email. I am sorry to hear you were put in this difficult situation. We have processed your full refund and it should be available in your credit card account within 48 h

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have not heard from the provider since 7/9/2012 (email). In the email the provider stated the vehicle would be picked up on either Tuesday or Wednesday of this week and this did not happen. In the original bid stipulation i indicated vehicle to be picked up and delivered before 7/13/2012 and this did not happen. I have made several attempts to contact the provider and they simply did not respond.
