Very good people to work with. Mower was a little bigger then each of us thought and they figured out a solution to the problem. After they got things worked out, they got it here very quick.

Driver was flexible and got here quick. Was missing a shield on the sweeper attachment. Its a mystery of what happened to it.

This item was purchased via the internet. The shield was not located on the machine when we picked it up for this party. We delivered what was picked up. At the time of pick-up the person who sold the equipment was not available and another employee helped load. There was no shield on the piece of equipment. It is my thought the missing shield is still located at the place of pick up. I also agreed that if the buyer was able to locate the shield i would deliver it on my next trip free.

Traviis did a great job and i was impressed with how he stayed calm with all the problems they ran into. He sure worked his hardest to get it here asap. I had some expensive components along on the trip and he made sure that they stayed in his sight at all time. Great job.
