No Detailed Feedback Available UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS SETTLED BY TRANSPORTER, I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT MY BOAT NOW HAS A HOLE RIGHT THROUGH THE FIBERGLAS, ANOTHER ONE IN THE STERN, BOTH ON THE KEEL AND MY LOWER UNIT OF MY MOTOR IS DAMAGED ON EACH SIDE.NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM NOT IMPRESSED,DRIVER AGEED THAT DAMAGE WAS DUE TO SHIPPING! BUT IF TRANSPORTER ACTS RESPONSIBLY, I WOULD CONSIDER RECONSIDERING MY OPINION OF 360 BOAT TRANSPORTER/WORLD WIDE BOAT TRANSPORT, SO UNTIL I ACTUALLY GET A RETURN PHONE CALL! The guys at BTI were very helpful. They waited for my seller at pick up and they even sent a guy to Austin pulling the Sea Doo on trailer behind his personal truck to keep me from having to drive out to their facility in Dripping Springs. Would use them again! Thanks Mark!

I was very pleased with the service Worldwide Transport provided. The driver arrived on time and fully prepared. He was professional and helpful. Mark in dispatch always had up-to-date information on the status of my shipment and was a pleasure to work with. The boats arrived ahead of schedule and my client on the other end had nothing but positive comments about the delivery. These folks get my highest recommendation.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved BOAT COULD NOT SHIP AS SCHEDULED,SERVICE PROVIDER HAD OTHER COMMITMENTS BY TIME BOAT WAS READY.NOT SEVICE PROVIDERS FAULT.SERVICE PROVIDER DID HIS BEST TO ACCOMODATE.

boat was unpaid for. wire transaction was coming from a different country and got held up along the way. waited on boat for 3 days with no luck. other comittments to fill at that point as delivery should have been made in that time and on to the next customer booked. neither of our faults i guess. just the boat buyer.

No Detailed Feedback Available Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services I am surprised at this Shipper's comments. I just spoke to him on the telephone this morning. He was suppose to fax me transport documents and was encountering problems, I requested he forward to the fax into the main office in hopes that fax machine could receive. I most certainly DO have Interstate Authority and Cargo coverage and challenge this Shippers inaccurrate remarks. I am uncomfortable with this Shipper and would not now transport for him under any circumstances.
