What a great experience! Excellent communication, very flexible on scheduling and fast delivery. Stayed in touch with us as well as the marinas on both ends. The price was good and good communication pre-shipment. Unfortunately the boat arrived with a hole in the bow, the wire wench snapped and the trailer damaged. Driver signed the contract acknowledging the damage. When I tried to contact the company I was always transferred to voicemail and my call was never returned. Response from 360boat: A CAR PULLED OUT IN FRONT OF OUR TRUCK CAUSING DRIVER TO HIT BRAKES TO AVOID ACCIDENT,CAUSING LOAD TO SHIFT AND PUTTING GOUGE IN FRONT OF BOAT.IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED A LITTLE FASTER,AND IS BEING ADDRESSED.

Driver was late arriving, then said he had only carried sailboats and did not know how how block it on the trailer so we had to pay the marina guys to assist. Delivery was set for Monday at 8 AM, driver was delayed by weather. After catching the driver in several lies about where he was he finally delivered on Wednesday at 10 AM (2 days later). This company will only accept wire transfer for payment which I was a major pain. Boat arrived in good condition but the whole ordeal was stressful. Response from 360boat: ANOTHER CARRIER TOOK THESE FOLKS MONEY AND LEFT THEM HIGH AND DRY,SO WE ACCEPTED PAYMENT AFTER DELIVERY INSTEAD OF PICKUP TO MAKE THEM AT EASE.WE PICKED UP ON SCHEDULE AND WERE DELAYED DUE TO HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS IN ROUTE.CUSTOMER RECEIVED DAILY UPDATES ON PROGRESS,WIDE LOADS ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO SHUT DOWN DURING BAD WEATHER.I THINK NUETRAL FEEDBACK IS NOT JUSTIFIED.WE PULLED THESE PEOPLE OUT OF A JAM AND DELIVERED BOAT SAFELY.TRANSPORTING OVERSIZE LOADS IS NOT LIKE SENDING A FEDEX.

Boat arrived in good order after 5000 miles. Trip took a day longer than anticipated and left a week after quoted time. Communication during delivery was good and the company made a strong committment to delivery time a couple of days out so that I could get organized.
