There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Hari is a very nice customer to work with. We were not able to find a driver at the price of our bid. He was at the right price per mile however his location for his drop was undesirable to the drivers. Due to low supply and demand the only way to find a driver would be to increase the price. The customer was made aware he did NOT have to increaese his price however we need to cancel because we cant do it at the booked price. Even if we increased it there is no guarantee a driver would go there
