We had super fast delivery and a very smooth transaction. We had been expecting to wait, at least, 3 days from pick-up for this mare, and she was home in 2. Communication was good with Brooke, who kept us informed as to their location. Risaana is a rather timid girl, and Keene did a nice job handling her when he was unloading her from the trailer. I can't say enough wonderful things about Claire, who went way beyond the expected to get Cammie home to us. The extra hours and extra time are, of course, a part of it, but her love and caring for Cammie's welfare were extraordinary. The manner in which she handled the bizarre circumstances surrounding the pick-up further enhanced my admiration and respect for this true animal lover. People like Claire renew my faith in people! :)

Once they got started, everything went fine. Great communication, and all horses arrived in good shape. I would use this shipper again.
