Travis was very accommodating in timing his pickup and delivery of my filly, which was important because each end the folks involved worked outside jobs and needed to coordinate their availability to send and receive. He was always available for communication and kept everyone informed of travel status. Due to a little change in some of his itinerary which made the transport longer, he provided extra care for her, at no additional cost.
