As the owner of Group88Logistics, the only way I have to judge the service we offer is through feedback left by our customers. When I am not able to accompany my piano moving crew, our customer's feedback is especially important to me. Due to the incredible weight of the Mason & Hamlin BB, the boys were "on edge" and very conscious of all the could go wrong. Since I haven't received any customer feedback yet ... I can only hope that my boys did a good job ... and nothing went wrong.
