The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipper has strung me along for 2 whole weeks and then just pulled a no show and stopped communicating all together. I see in the reviews that in the 2 weeks that I have been waiting everyday for the shipper he has done the same thing to 3 other customers in the last week!!!!! He should not be able to stay on the platform going forward. The cost I have incurred for the extra storage time is substantial and will not be recouped by me. The refund can take 7 business days to be refunded an
