After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Upon arriving for pick up ( over 800 miles) the person at pick up did not allow our movers to take the refrigerator. Stating that she wanted 5 guys to move the refrigerator because she did not want any damage to her home, We explained how we have moved many commercial refrigerator and had the appropriate equipment needed to make the load a safe load, to refrigerator as well as her home, We also stated we do have service insurance to cover any damage that may occur and offered her the certificate
