Mark is very exceptional guy, besides being diligent at his job, he goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. I'll most definitely use his services again. Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I excruciatingly difficult to reach this guy. I did communicate with him after several attempt immediately after booking. I sent him necessary documents he needs to deliver the booked unit. PO tried to deliver it on July 2, there was nobody to sign for it at the address he provided, po left a not for him, he did not show up five days after to pick up the package at the post office.
