A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Carrier cancellled day of pick up. He over scheduled his load and ended up being full before being able to pick up this vehicle. 2nd attempt: Carrier had no TWIC for port.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I have sent several emails requesting information for pickup with no answer. Also i did speak to the shipper and let him know my TWIC card had expired, he said it was ok and I called the dock its going to and they advised me it wasn't ok. They no longer let you in with an escort, you must have a valid TWIC card for entry, therefore i can not complete this shipment

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Ace Auto Transport is a SHAM and one of the WORST I've ever done business with. I emphatically specified TWIC and they accepted. I'll grade them worst than ZERO in all aspects. They even lied that unit has been picked up. I booked unit on April 12, they initiated cancellation May 3, 3 weeks after. Advice: if they offer you services even for free: RUN! These guys shouldn't be here wasting people's time and making people lose money. You're warned STAY away from ACE AUTO TRANSPORT.

WE emailed you BOTH carriers information and have documented that we did in fact dispatch your vehicles out. Unfortunately the carriers had issue out of our control.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Unit was accepted by service provider on 10/13. Service provider stated as follows: "Service Provider will pick up within 2 days of booking. Service Provider will deliver within 3 days of pickup" . One week after service provider advised shipper to go ahead and cancel and look for another provider as he's not able to fulfill his end of the contract.

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services The unit is time sensitive. Service provided stated that he will pick up within 5 days of booking and deliver within one day. Service provider breached the his timeline commitment and NEVER communicates. He doesn't return call and hardly replies his mail. I even gave him extra time to know if he will deliver he never did, wrote yet another email he never replied.
