The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The shipper BID on my services as "Driveaway Service", not "OPEN Transport".(SEE BID) He was informed to read and meet MY TERMS and PAY IN FULL to continue service for pickup.Customer refuses to acknowledge my "TERMS and Conditions" posted stating,"This is not how U-Ship works?". Customer finally sent money after a week and said, "vehicle was ready to go."Customer sent me on an 8 hour wild goose chase to a vehicle with NO PLATE,REGISTRATION,or INSURANCE. I have emails,Terms, and Bid as facts. TY

This is probably one of the best guys I have worked with on uShip. Bree and Scott treated my unit like theirs. Wish we have more service providers like them on uShip. I'll DEFINITELY work with them again. They provide real OUTSTANDING service. I'll score them A+++++
