You stated you wuld be in MN last Tuesday pm and you were a no show. I had 4 guys ready to help the day you specified. I had to use the shop which is less than 2 miles away, was because you could not give me a delivery day or time. I sent 3 emails and 2 texts that were ignored by you. I have all the archived emails, texts, that were not answered which I will provide to anyone who asks. You stated you had to have forms filled out and u would email them to me ahead of time which you never did.

it was not the size that was listed and here was a lot of probles on the pickup i was there for about 6 hr waiting to load and it should of been an 1hr

This shipment is a wide load, after sending 2 trucks into Copart at a cost of $350. I am unwilling to incur further losses on this shipment. Shipper did not want to pay extra costs associated with an oversize load. This all could have been avoided if the correct dimensions were given initially and the bid would have reflected costs to move a 9' wide boat. the permits alone are $585.

The shipment info was exactlly as described. All potoons are 8ft wide and this was not . I was not offered a higher price instead the shipper illegally kept the title to the boat

I appreciate the business Jim. BUT....4 star rating for communication? I provided 5 emails, 4 phone calls and real time tracking on my website. 4 star on care? I packaged your outboard for transport and you received in excellent condition. 3 stars on punctuality? I arrived in the time frame specified and gave you a choice of days to receive, and then you made me go to another site to offload because you were unprepared to offload, with no additional charge. 4 star on service? I upgraded you free

pontoon was not what he said twice the weight& size had to remove the motor because it was broken in the down postion and was over with and was only to be 8FT not 9ft plus i gave him the price when i was there looking at it and he said do ahead and haul it for the price he paid i was the 5 guy there to haul it because the way his add said there was even a larg storage bill do on it bottom line is tell the true and dont lie about what you have i told him there would be no charge to not haul it

Oversized pontoon required permits, shipper would not agree to adjust price. I can not haul at a loss if the dimensions given are incorrect. 2 trucks were sent to pick up this boat, 1st could not access boat location, 2nd truck loaded boat only to find out it was 9'wide
