One of Jim's drivers, Ricky, was great to deal with. Pleasant and helpful when I had contacted him prior to and after pickup. He kept me informed when they had some minor mechanical problems that required some brief downtime for maintenance.
The bike was strapped down very well and Ricky made the experience a positive one.
Will use again if they are available.
