Customer did not know what a customer broker was or that this shipment is crossing the border and will be inspected by customs. Explained him we need to set him up with one and couldn't understand.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved There was extra charges from another customs agent that was not disclosed thru communicating with the shipper. Didnt know about the extra charges until I called to setup final shipment.

WOW, absolutely one of the best transaction I have had shipping a bike! Picked the bike up on time and date that he said, and then delivered a day early than said!! Thanks and will definitely do business with again!!!
