The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer did not know what a customer broker was or that this shipment is crossing the border and will be inspected by customs. Explained him we need to set him up with one and couldn't understand.

Chancellor and his family where so extremely happy to welcome the little guy and transporting for them was great. No worries,rush or problems of any sort during the entire trip. There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved There was extra charges from another customs agent that was not disclosed thru communicating with the shipper. Didnt know about the extra charges until I called to setup final shipment.

WOW, absolutely one of the best transaction I have had shipping a bike! Picked the bike up on time and date that he said, and then delivered a day early than said!! Thanks and will definitely do business with again!!!
