Gersham made a couple of pretty serious mistakes, but he took responsibility for it right away and tried his best to make it right. He forgot part of the shipment the first time, but he came back during his next pass through and made a second delivery free of charge. He also let black grease get on the mattress after agreeing to wrap it, but he gave the receiver a huge discount so she could pay to have it cleaned. He also needed help even though it said "mover loads" but that wasn't too serious. Response from moveitIntl: This I must say I am not too surprised on but feel it is not deserved. The item was delivered stained for which I deducted more than half of the transport which was already cheap. Added to which the pc that was left behind was not my fault, on pickup no one informed me of it plus it was not listed for shipping. Never the less I agreed to take it back to AL free of cost. If you calculate the cost in fuel, time this was more than an unprofitable shipment, to add this feedback just makes it worse.
