The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipment was within stated length, shipper miscalculated (6 bikes in a 14ft trailer)and clearly overbooked. Instead of risking damage we decided to cancel.

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Shipper sent message and picture showing they had a problem with the roof of the enclosed trailer coming off. Don't know if it ripped off from wind or driver catching it on something that was hanging low. I understand problems will happen but I now am not comfortable with this company now delivering my vehicle. I do have the picture and conversation if needed.
