Unfortunately since I moved, I had difficulty updating my UShip profile successfully with my new contact information. (Telephone numbers are stored in 2 different locations.) This resulted in my most recent attempt to move a sofa having to be cancelled due to the use of an out-of-date telephone number stored in my profile I could not successfully change.
FINALLY, this problem has been fixed and my correct number is stored. After booking, please confirm number you will use and we should have no problem.
