The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Very disappointed, a lot of trouble with information flow, lack of response via emails, text and you can forget about an actual phone conversation or returned call; confirmed everything night before, drove an hour to the airport, sat at the airport for 2 hours trying to get service provider to respond to phone calls and text. Finally gave up and went back home to find an email saying the job was cancelled. This was such a bad experience, it will make me think LONG and hard before I trust uShip a
