Tom at tsmovesit2 was terrific! He kept me informed as he made his way from Iowa to Arizona and he made contact with my daughter for delivery. The kayak arrived in the same shape that it was in when it left the seller. I will contact tsmovesit2 when I need to have anything else shipped!
