After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer wishes for items to be shipped upright and in our bid we specifically asked if they could be laid down. The items are odd and perhaps need to be crated. Good luck!

I DID INIALLY SAY THAT THESE ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED LAYING DOWN, HOWEVER ONCE SPEAKING WITH THE STORE THAT THEY WERE PURCHASED FROM, I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY HAD TO BE SHIPPED STANDING UPRIGHT. I IMMEDIATELY TRIED TO CONTACT SHIPPER, LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES, AND EMAILEDTO SEE IF THEY HAS STRAPS HOWEVER, I STILL DIDN'T GET A RESPONCE, JUST A CANCELATION. POOR COMMUNICATION ON THEIR BEHALF AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
