Shipped for an employ using this profile. Will never ship for her for her employs again. Would advise others not to either. See response in my feedback. Unfortunately "Janelle" is taking the hit because she allowed Madison to ship under her profile. Madison was a nightmare, misrepresenting the load and leaving bogus feedback about a horse she had neglected for an extended period of time. She is an ungrateful young girl who we tried to help and in the end were burned by. CARRIERS BEWARE

Firstly, I (Janelle) booked the load for my client. The list of things done correctly by you is far smaller than the list of things you did incorrectly. We are a consignment sales facility that moves 2-4 horses across the country and internationally WEEKLY. Of those 100+ hauls, you are the only negative one. You DO NOT haul horses next to sick sheep. You DO NOT turn out horses without the owners consent. You DO NOT throw away the shoes that he lost in YOUR TRAILER. ENOUGH SAID. BOOKERS BEWARE!!!

The horses were great....the interaction with the pickup locations were both great....and the girls at the drop in NC were great...I never got to speak to or meet Janelle, but the email comunication was more than adequiate...hope to work with them in the future

Healthy show horse was hauled next to sheep as well as tied directly next to another horse with no divider in between for protection ACROSS THE COUNTRY. Our horse was also turned out loose during overnights without even asking us (he is stall kept) which caused him to throw a shoe and he is now lame in that foot. You didnt even bother to keep the shoe he threw when you found it in the trailer! He arrived cut up, drawn up and banged up, which shouldnt happen to any horse.

We have addressed this shipper directly. Nothing said is true. Our feedback speaks for itself. Unfortunately this shipper is young and unable to take resposibility for neglecting her horse prior to returning it to a barn that expected better care from her. She is passing the buck to take the heat off. Obviously we will never haul for her again. This is not "Janelle" as stated on the feedback. It's a bratty employ name Madison McGlaughlin. Carriers beware. Horse arrived hydrated, fed and rested

Horses arrived looking well rested and comfortable. Communication was great, and although I had to have my assistants unload as we were out of state horse shopping (hoping you can haul those purchases too!), they all spoke exceptionally highly of you and how great the horses looked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
