Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this service provider. Ted did everything he promised and was in constant communication with my clients who were receiving deliveries. He picked up antique furniture from my business for three different clients in three different cities and was on time at each and every one. There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I accepted the wrong shipment and used the wrong credit card to pay for the transaction.

Recently, Chris completed a shipment for me. This particular shipment was extremely delicate and required special attention. Not only are he and his wife extremely professional, they charged me roughly 40% of what others were asking. If even the smallest detail changed with my shipment, I would be informed immediately and given an updated schedule, expectation, ect. They are both excellent communicators and I have every intention of hiring them again in the future!

Excellent experience with this shipper. John carefully blanket wrapped each antique piece of furniture and got everything safely to its destination. Excellent communication throughout the whole shipping experience. We would definitely use this shipper again!
